Medication Administration Certification III- Recert (1)

Eligibility Requirements: To retain state certification, DD Personnel must successfully complete

this course, and pass this course by-

1. Have a current Certification 1 as a prerequisite.

2. Attending the entire 1hr CEU, complete the return demonstration

3. Perform the successful return demonstration as outlined in DODD curriculum

Payment has to be received prior to the start of class to participate.

Any cancellations within 24 hrs of class will secure a seat in an alternate date, but no refund will be given.  No shows for any part of the class will still be charged the seat cost with restart of participation at next class at additional seat cost.  Unforseen circumstance may be approved for other arrangements, on a case by case basis.
