Medication Administration Category II Annual Recertification

This is a 1.5 hour class and builds on the knowledge learned in Certification I class/ Certification II initial class, which is a prerequisite in order to attend this class.  In addition to current Med Certification I, You Must:

• Complete the DODD Application to attend class ( link is below)

• You must be employed by a DODD provider or be an independent provider and able to provide your provider number

In order to obtain state certification for Cert II, you will:

• Attend the entire 1.5 hour program, 

• Complete 1 hour CEU related to subject matter
