Medication Administration Certification II - Initial

This is a 4 hour class and builds on the knowledge learned in Certification I class, which is a prerequisite in order to attend this class.  In addition to current Med Certification I, You Must:

• Complete the DODD Application to attend class ( link is below)

• You must be employed by a DODD provider or be an independent provider and able to provide your provider number

In order to obtain state certification for Cert II, you will:

• Attend the entire 4 hour program, participate in classroom activities, discussions and submit an evaluation of the program to the RN Trainer.

• Pass the course with 80% or better on the closed book test.
